I've just popped in and seen this thread. Please give Jenni my best wishes and I hope the stay in hospital has positive results. I'm not sure about the 'Old Bids' bit as although it's totally inappropriate for her I fear it's probably where I belong!!!
Please give her my love - Brenda

Just had a very brief and rather puzzling conv. with our Jenni! I said I'd ring her at 7.00 but she contacted me first to say a friend had arrived and they were going for a burger. She then said that she has turned green?!?!? I wonder if it could be something to do with a bone scan/X-rays and a dye? Anyone know?!

Green dye??? It`s probably to prevent Jenni escaping from the ward when she sees you all coming with the firemen!! Say hello to Jenni for me please Jean, if you`re in touch. Thanks. Kathleen x

We've had a lovely, if rather insane chat this morning!! Jenni is doing well and turned green after having a dye injected for some X-rays. How she dared go for a burger with her friend looking like that astounds me! She says some of the X-rays look a bit "iffy" and her pelvis is out of alignment, which could account for some of the hip probs. The ward was quieter last night and she managed to sleep from 11.30 until after 4.00am and then again from 6.00-8.00am. She is so looking forward to seeing the family this afternoon but is also more than a little upset as the dishy doc has gone off for the weekend!
She is very touched by all your messages and says thanks so much.
Love Jeanxxxxx

Sorry, Jean, I've not been on the forum for a couple of days, but please tell Jenni that doesn't mean I wasn't thinking of her. Many thanks for the updates, please give Jenni my love when you next speak to her. Glad it sounds as though they're actually doing some useful stuff; hopefully this is going to help the subsequent treatment she gets!
